The upholstery and timber base are typically separated into distinct layers or material IDs, allowing for easy adjustment of texture maps or surface shaders. Users should apply high-quality fabric textures with appropriate bump mapping to capture the tufted detail, while the timber base benefits from a subtle satin finish to reflect natural light within the render setup.

This sofa is ideal for high-end residential living rooms, modern hotel lobbies, or executive lounge areas. Its neutral colour palette and sleek, low-slung form pair well with minimalist coffee tables and textured area rugs. Designers often specify this style of furniture for open-plan apartments or contemporary reception spaces where a clean, uncluttered look is desired. Search for this piece when sourcing low-profile seating, modular-style sofas, or platform-base lounge furniture for projects requiring a sophisticated, understated aesthetic.
