About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max model features a modular sectional sofa with low-profile beige and brown fabric elements and matching cushions. This modular sectional sofa set consists of three distinct low-profile seating units, creating a flexible arrangement suitable for expansive lounge areas. Two units are upholstered in a textured beige fabric, while the third, acting as a chaise or end piece, is finished in a smooth brown fabric. Each section features a minimalist, block-like form with rounded edges and integrated low-back cushions. The set is completed by two square throw cushions, one in a lighter shade and one in a deeper brown, which provide visual contrast and added comfort to the clean, horizontal lines.

In 3ds Max, this model is organised into logical groups for easy manipulation within your scene. The geometry is clean, allowing for efficient placement and scaling to suit specific floor plans. Users should apply high-resolution textures to the fabric surfaces to maintain detail in close-up renders. The modular nature of the pieces allows for quick rearrangement or re-skinning of individual sections to test various colour configurations or layouts within a project's wider interior design scheme.

Ideal for modern residential living rooms, open-plan apartments, or high-end hotel lobby spaces, this modular sofa provides a relaxed, lounge-focused aesthetic. It pairs well with low-slung coffee tables, large-scale area rugs, and minimalist interior palettes. Designers frequently search for these pieces when specifying furniture for expansive, contemporary social spaces where flexibility is paramount. The low-profile design ensures it does not obstruct sightlines, making it a functional choice for rooms with large windows or central feature walls.
