About this asset

This 3ds Max decor set features a diverse collection of indoor potted plants paired with nautical-inspired glass buoy pendant lights. This comprehensive set comprises various indoor plants, ranging from tall palms and fiddle-leaf figs to smaller cacti and potted shrubs, housed in a mix of ceramic and textured pots. Complementing the greenery is a series of suspended pendant lights designed as glass buoys encased in rope netting, hanging at varying heights to create a dynamic cluster. A single traditional-style chandelier with a metal frame and wood accents is also included. The assembly provides a balanced mix of organic botanical forms and maritime-themed lighting, suitable for creating layered, textured interior environments.

The download is a 153 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 25 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

When using this set in 3ds Max, ensure the individual plant and lighting assets are grouped or placed on separate layers to maintain scene manageability. The materials for the glass buoys and foliage are pre-configured; adjust the opacity or translucency maps as needed to suit specific lighting conditions. Use the provided pendant cluster as a focal point, adjusting the cable lengths to fit the ceiling height of your specific interior project.

Ideal for residential living rooms, coastal-themed dining areas, or casual hospitality spaces like cafes and boutique hotels, this set adds immediate life and texture to a design. It works well in projects requiring a relaxed, organic aesthetic, pairing effectively with natural timber furniture and light-toned textiles. Architects and designers can use these assets to populate staging scenes for high-end residential marketing, ensuring a curated, lived-in feel that enhances the visual appeal of any architectural visualisation or interior design presentation.
