Built-In Wall Aquarium with Integrated Grey Cabinetry

This contemporary built-in wall aquarium SketchUp model features a sleek grey cabinet housing two distinct glass tanks with lush aquatic life. The assembly presents a seamless, floor-to-ceiling storage wall in a matte grey finish, punctuated by two recessed horizontal aquarium sections. Each tank is densely populated with realistic aquatic vegetation, rocky substrates, and a variety of colourful fish species, creating a vibrant focal point within the neutral cabinetry. The design integrates the tanks directly into the partition wall, ensuring a flush profile that maintains architectural clean lines. This model serves as a complete wall treatment, offering a sophisticated solution for high-end residential, hotel lobby, or commercial office interiors requiring a bespoke, integrated aesthetic.

The download is a 49.1 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Within SketchUp, this model is structured as a single component group, allowing for easy placement and alignment against existing interior wall geometry. Users should utilise the component layers to manage the visibility of the fish and plant elements, which can be toggled to reduce viewport lag during the design process. Applying high-quality glass materials to the tank faces and adjusting the transparency settings will ensure realistic light transmission and refraction when rendering the final scene for client presentations.
