Brown Fabric Modular Sectional Sofa with Chaise

This contemporary brown fabric modular sofa set, modelled for 3ds Max, features a chaise configuration and includes a curated living room scene. This modular sectional sofa features a clean-lined, low-profile silhouette upholstered in a textured brown fabric. The configuration includes a dedicated chaise section on one side, offering an extended lounging surface. Complementing the seating are two layered, geometric coffee tables with black marble-effect tops and pedestal bases. The scene is completed by a plush, high-pile white area rug, a floating wall shelf with minimalist decor, and a large-scale botanical portrait. The overall aesthetic is balanced and neutral, relying on the contrast between the soft fabric texture of the sofa and the polished, veined surface of the tables.

The download is a 68 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

To integrate this 3ds Max scene into a project, merge the file into your master scene to maintain the original material assignments and lighting setup. The modular components are grouped for easy placement; adjust the pivot points if you need to reposition the chaise or separate the coffee tables. Ensure your texture paths are mapped correctly within the asset tracker. If adjusting the scale for a specific room layout, apply a uniform transform to the group to preserve the proportions of the individual furniture pieces.
