About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max TV cabinet features a contrasting charcoal wood top and white fluted four-door base with metal accents. This media console presents a balanced aesthetic with a dark charcoal timber top surface and a clean white cabinet body. The four doors are finished with a fine vertical fluted texture, providing depth and a tactile quality to the facade. Slim vertical metal handles in a brushed finish are mounted centrally on each pair of doors. The unit is supported by four tapered legs, each finished in dark wood with metallic caps. The overall silhouette is rounded at the corners, softening the geometric form while maintaining a structured, functional profile for living room storage.

The download is a 6 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this asset is typically handled as a single editable mesh or group. Users should check the pivot point at the base to ensure easy placement on floor geometry. Materials are assigned via standard multi-sub-object slots, allowing for quick adjustments to the wood grain or metal finish. Ensure the model is scaled correctly against scene units before duplicating or integrating it into larger interior renders. The clean geometry supports efficient light mapping and reflection calculations during the final rendering process.

Designed for residential living rooms, this media console fits well in contemporary apartments or high-end townhouses. It serves as an anchor for entertainment zones, ideal for pairing with minimalist wall-mounted shelving or large-format television screens. Professionals often search for this type of unit when styling open-plan lounge areas or sophisticated home cinema spaces. It complements neutral palettes and works effectively alongside textured rugs, decorative sculptures, and indoor plants to create a curated, lived-in appearance for architectural visualisations and interior design presentations.
