Blue Velvet Tufted King Bed with Matching Bench

This contemporary SketchUp model features a blue velvet tufted king bed accompanied by a matching upholstered bench and nightstands. This bedroom set centres on a grand king-sized bed featuring a deep-buttoned, tufted headboard upholstered in a rich blue velvet. The frame is complemented by a matching rectangular bench at the foot, also finished in blue velvet with tufted detailing. The bedding arrangement includes a layered combination of neutral-toned linens and dark brown decorative cushions, providing a sophisticated contrast. Two bedside tables in a clean white finish are included, each topped with a matching table lamp. The entire assembly sits on an area rug, creating a cohesive and well-proportioned bedroom scene.

The download is a 52.5 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

When integrating this model into SketchUp, ensure the components are placed on a dedicated layer for easy visibility toggling. The set is well-suited for staging interior scenes; use the component's axes to align the bed against wall panels or windows. Apply high-resolution textures to the velvet surfaces to capture the material's sheen, and use point lights within the lamp components to achieve realistic ambient lighting for your final renders, adjusting the exposure settings to balance the dark and light elements of the scene.

Ideal for residential master suites and luxury hotel interior visualisations, this set provides a polished, high-end look for project presentations. It pairs seamlessly with modern wall panelling, contemporary artwork, and neutral interior colour palettes.
