About this asset

This 3ds Max model features a modern upright piano with a distinct transparent glass back panel, finished in a sleek black. This contemporary upright piano design is defined by its minimalist, high-contrast aesthetic. The primary body features a deep black finish, complemented by a large, clear glass panel extending upward from the main frame, creating an airy, transparent profile. The keyboard section is standard, accompanied by a matching simple bench. The composition includes a sheet music prop positioned on the stand. Every element is rendered with clean lines, focusing on the interplay between the solid, dark frame and the reflective, transparent vertical element, making it a focal point for modern interior spaces.

The download is a 20.1 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

When integrating this model into a 3ds Max scene, ensure the object is placed on a level surface using the snap tools to avoid floating legs. The glass back panel requires careful material assignment to maintain realistic transparency and reflection settings. Users should check the pivot point, typically located at the base, to facilitate easy rotation or placement against walls. For optimal lighting, position the piano to catch ambient light, highlighting the reflective properties of the glass and the high-gloss finish of the frame.
