Black Rattan Kitchen Cabinet Unit with Integrated Appliances

This contemporary kitchen wall unit in 3ds Max features black cabinetry with rattan door detailing and integrated appliance housing. This large-scale kitchen wall unit combines sleek matte black framing with textured natural rattan door panels, creating a sophisticated contrast. The composition includes a dedicated tall section for an integrated refrigerator, a central bank housing double ovens and a coffee machine, and a vertical open shelving unit at the end for display. The hardware is minimal, maintaining clean lines across the facade. The integrated shelves are pre-populated with decorative items, providing a realistic sense of scale and utility for high-end residential kitchen design schemes.

The download is a 23.7 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

To integrate this unit into a 3ds Max scene, use the align tool to position it against the primary wall plane. The model is structured into logical layers, allowing for easy selection of individual components or appliance housings. Ensure the texture mapping for the rattan panels is verified upon import, as the woven pattern requires precise tiling. Apply standard V-Ray or Corona materials to the black surfaces to control reflectivity, and use a high-quality HDRI to capture the subtle light interaction on the rattan weave.

Ideal for luxury residential kitchen designs, this unit serves as a focal point in open-plan living and dining areas. It pairs well with stone worktops and minimalist interior palettes. Designers frequently search for this type of cabinetry when specifying high-end kitchen joinery, integrated appliance walls, or custom storage solutions for modern apartments. It is particularly effective in visualisations that focus on tactile material combinations, blending natural textures like rattan with industrial-style black metal finishes to achieve a balanced, contemporary aesthetic.
