Black Minimalist Wall-Mounted Work Desk with Storage

This minimalist black wall-mounted work desk is a 3ds Max scene featuring integrated storage cabinets and open shelving for home offices. Designed as a cohesive wall-mounted system, this work desk combines a central flat writing surface with two flanking floor-to-ceiling storage cabinets and a lightweight metal open-shelf structure above. The finish is a uniform matte black, emphasizing a clean, architectural silhouette. The lower section provides open storage cubbies on both sides, while the desk surface includes a small integrated drawer unit. The upper shelving unit features slender horizontal dividers, ideal for organizing books and decorative objects. The set includes a matching contemporary office chair with a black upholstered seat and a slender metallic frame.

The download is a 255 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

The model is structured for efficient integration into 3ds Max scenes as a single cohesive asset. Users can easily adjust the positioning of the wall unit within a room layout by snapping the rear plane to the wall surface. Material assignments are mapped to logical object layers, allowing for quick adjustments to the matte black finish or the addition of custom textures to the shelving contents. Lighting setups for this scene should focus on highlighting the depth of the shelves and the desk surface area.

This wall-integrated desk system is ideal for high-end home office designs, executive suites, or study areas where storage and workspace need to be combined seamlessly. It works well in contemporary or minimalist interior schemes, providing a structured, clutter-free aesthetic. Professionals can utilize this asset in residential projects or boutique commercial office fit-outs. It pairs effectively with modern task lighting and minimalist seating, serving as a focal point for productivity-focused room layouts where space efficiency and clean lines are essential design requirements.
