About this asset

This minimalist 3ds Max side table set features a slim black metal frame, two ceramic vases, and a book with a small bowl. The side table is defined by its simple, lightweight construction, consisting of a slender black metal frame and a circular tray-style top. The set includes a cohesive arrangement of decorative items: a large, teardrop-shaped grey glass vase, a smaller matte white ceramic bud vase, and a stack of books topped with a small white bowl. The proportions are balanced, making it suitable for compact living areas. The clean lines of the table and the neutral palette of the accessories create a refined, understated aesthetic suitable for a variety of contemporary interior design schemes.

The download is a 7.4 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 4 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is organised into logical layers, allowing for easy selection of the table and individual decorative objects. Users should check the pivot points upon merging into a scene to ensure accurate placement on floor surfaces. The materials are standard, facilitating quick adjustments to reflection or glossiness values depending on the lighting setup. Scale the assembly as a whole to match project requirements, or ungroup the elements to redistribute the decorative items across other surfaces within the interior model.

This side table set is ideal for staging residential living rooms, boutique hotel lobbies, or modern lounge areas. It works well when placed beside a sofa or as a standalone accent piece in a reading nook. Designers often search for these types of table-styling assets to add realism and personality to architectural visualisations. It pairs effectively with contemporary upholstery and neutral-toned soft furnishings, helping to ground a space while providing a focal point for detailed interior renders and client presentations.
