About this asset

This contemporary 3-seater sofa is a 3ds Max model featuring a beige striped fabric upholstery and two contrasting scatter cushions. The sofa features a clean, blocky silhouette with a full-depth base and integrated low-profile feet. It is upholstered in a finely pinstriped beige fabric, which covers the entire frame, backrests, and seat deck. The backrest is composed of three distinct, plush cushions, while the armrests are slightly flared for comfort. Two additional solid beige scatter cushions are included, providing a subtle textural contrast to the striped body. The proportions are balanced for a standard living space, offering a neutral aesthetic that fits well within varied interior design schemes.

In 3ds Max, this asset is typically handled as a single editable mesh or poly object. Users should ensure the scale is verified against the project units before placement. The fabric texture is mapped to provide a consistent pinstripe pattern across the upholstered surfaces. For scene integration, one might apply a custom material override or adjust the existing fabric shaders to match specific project lighting conditions. The model is structured for efficient viewport navigation and can be easily instanced for larger seating arrangements.

This piece is suitable for residential living room designs, hotel lobbies, and casual lounge areas within commercial projects. Designers frequently search for this type of versatile 3-seater sofa when specifying furniture for neutral-toned interiors or staged property visuals.
