About this asset

This minimalist 3ds Max model features a soft beige fabric round pouf resting on a textured grey herringbone-patterned area rug. The set comprises a low-profile, circular pouf upholstered in a neutral beige fabric with subtle seam detailing, suggesting a soft, comfortable fill. It is paired with a rectangular floor rug featuring a distinct grey herringbone weave pattern. The proportions are balanced for casual floor-level seating or as a decorative accent in a lounge area. The design is understated, relying on the contrast between the smooth surface of the pouf and the textural depth of the woven rug to provide visual interest within a modern, clean-lined interior scheme.

The download is a 3.9 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 2 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

For integration into 3ds Max scenes, the assets are provided as individual objects, allowing for independent placement and scaling. Users should ensure the rug is correctly aligned with the floor plane to prevent clipping, while the pouf can be positioned dynamically on top. Materials are structured for easy adjustments, such as modifying the fabric texture or the scale of the herringbone pattern on the rug to suit specific scene lighting and camera distances during the rendering process.

Ideal for residential living rooms, nursery spaces, or casual breakout areas in contemporary apartments, this set adds a sense of comfort and texture to floor plans. It pairs well with low-slung sofas, floor lamps, and minimalist decor arrangements. Professionals searching for floor cushions, ottomans, or textile-based accessories will find this model useful for adding realism to interior visualisations, particularly in projects focusing on Scandinavian or modern styles where soft, tactile elements are essential for creating inviting, lived-in environments.
