Art-Deco Grey Marble Reception Desk with Gold Inlay

This SketchUp model features an art-deco reception desk crafted with grey marble cladding and a decorative gold-inlaid geometric front panel. The reception desk presents a linear, symmetrical form defined by its heavy grey marble structure. A central panel acts as the primary visual feature, framed in slim gold trim and overlaid with a repeating diamond-pattern lattice in matching gold finish. The surrounding marble casing provides a solid, professional foundation, while the recessed side sections offer a subtle depth contrast. This piece balances decorative opulence with a clean, functional silhouette suitable for high-end interior environments. The composition is robust and architectural, making it a distinct focal point for any formal entrance or serviced workspace.

In SketchUp, this model functions as a single component, allowing for quick placement into lobby scenes. Users should check the model scale upon insertion to ensure it aligns with standard desk heights of 1050mm to 1150mm. The materials are applied as discrete textures, facilitating easy adjustments to the marble grain or gold reflectivity via the material editor. Grouping the desk as a single block helps maintain scene organisation when populating complex architectural floor plans.

This desk is ideal for professional reception areas in luxury hotels, corporate office lobbies, or high-end retail showrooms. It pairs effectively with minimalist seating or statement pendant lighting to reinforce an art-deco aesthetic. When searching for this asset, professionals often look for front-of-house furniture, bespoke reception counters, or decorative office joinery.
