About this asset

This contemporary lakefront residential exterior scene for 3ds Max features a detailed architectural build with stone and timber cladding. The scene presents a luxury two-storey residence integrated into a natural, sloped lakeshore site. Architectural elements include dark vertical timber cladding on the upper level and heavy stone masonry on the base, creating a grounded, textured aesthetic. Large floor-to-ceiling glazing connects the interior to the external environment, while a tiered stone staircase leads down to the water's edge. The surrounding landscape is densely planted with mature pine trees, shrubs, and natural rock formations. A private wooden jetty extends into the lake, enhancing the secluded, high-end residential atmosphere of the composition.

The download is a 1864 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene. Open it in 3ds Max; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Professionals working in 3ds Max can utilize this scene as a comprehensive base for architectural visualisation projects. The file includes pre-configured geometry, textures, and environmental lighting setups. Users should manage the high-polygon count through layer organization and proxy objects where necessary to maintain viewport performance. Adjustments to the lighting environment can be made to simulate different times of day, while the material library allows for granular control over the stone and wood finishes to suit specific project requirements.

Ideal for architectural firms and visualisation studios, this scene serves as a foundation for luxury residential portfolios, waterfront development proposals, or high-end property marketing materials. It pairs well with interior assets for comprehensive master-planning renders. Search for this file when developing concepts for modern lakeside retreats, mountain lodges, or boutique eco-resorts. Its detailed environmental context provides an immediate sense of place, allowing designers to focus on specific architectural interventions or site-specific modifications during the early design and presentation stages of a project.
