About this asset

This Japandi-style office workspace scene for SketchUp features integrated timber workstations and a serene, minimalist aesthetic. Defined by a distinct blend of Japanese minimalism and Scandinavian warmth, this interior scene showcases a refined, functional workspace. The architecture is highlighted by exposed timber ceiling beams and a natural wood palette that runs through the built-in desks and overhead storage cabinetry. A long, cushioned window seat provides a relaxed breakout area, contrasted by dark metal accents and ergonomic task chairs. The clean lines and integrated LED lighting under the shelves create a focused, calm environment, while the open-plan layout is balanced by soft, neutral textiles and a dark, polished floor surface.

The download is a 258 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Optimised for SketchUp, this scene is structured for immediate architectural visualisation. Users can easily manipulate the camera views, adjust the lighting layers, or swap out individual components such as the task chairs or desk accessories. The model uses clean geometry and organised tagging, allowing for efficient asset management. Materials are pre-applied to surfaces, enabling quick adjustments to textures or colours to match specific project requirements without needing to rebuild the underlying scene structure or lighting setup.

Ideal for residential home office designs, boutique commercial workspaces, or high-end co-working projects, this scene provides a ready-made solution for concept presentations. It pairs well with modern architectural visualisations where a balance of natural materials and efficient ergonomics is required. Professionals often search for this type of asset when developing interior design packages, mood boards, or spatial planning studies for clients seeking a calm, productive, and contemporary working environment that integrates traditional craftsmanship with modern office functionality.
