Neoclassical Decorative Plaster Moulding Set, 7-Piece Set

This SketchUp model provides a collection of seven distinct neoclassical decorative plaster mouldings featuring ornate relief patterns. This set features seven unique profiles of decorative plaster mouldings, ranging from delicate floral garlands and repeating scrollwork to dentil and bead-and-reel motifs. Each piece is rendered with high-relief detailing, capturing the traditional aesthetic of historical architectural trim. The profiles vary in depth and complexity, offering options for ceiling cornices, wall panel framing, or baseboard detailing. The off-white finish mimics standard cast plaster, ensuring they integrate seamlessly into classic or period-inspired interiors. The geometry is clean, focusing on the intricate shadows cast by the decorative carvings, suitable for detailed interior visualisations.

The download is a 76.1 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 7 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, these linear elements are best utilised as profile components for the Follow Me tool. Users should import the file and explode the group to select specific profiles for path extrusion along walls or ceiling perimeters. The geometry is segmented for efficient viewport performance, allowing for easy snapping to edges. Applying a simple matte white material with slight bump mapping enhances the realism of the plaster texture during rendering, ensuring shadows correctly highlight the ornate surface profiles.
