In SketchUp, this model is structured as a collection of components, allowing for easy selection and adjustment of the stools or countertop accessories. Users should place the island on a dedicated layer to manage visibility during the design process. Materials are applied as standard textures, which can be easily scaled or replaced to match specific project finishes. Ensure the axis orientation is checked upon insertion to facilitate proper alignment with existing kitchen wall geometries and floor plans within your model space.

Ideal for contemporary residential kitchen designs, this island serves as a functional focal point for open-plan living areas or high-end apartment projects. It integrates seamlessly into kitchen layouts requiring a breakfast bar or additional food preparation surface. Professionals searching for kitchen joinery, stone-topped islands, or modern bar seating will find this asset suitable for both concept development and final client presentations. It pairs well with minimalist pendant lighting and neutral interior palettes, fitting naturally into both new-build developments and full-scale kitchen renovation schemes.
