Contemporary Transparent Acrylic Display Column Set

A set of seven contemporary transparent acrylic display columns with black metal caps, modelled for SketchUp projects. This collection features seven vertical display columns, each constructed from clear acrylic panels encased within minimalist black metal caps at the top and base. The internal structures vary, showcasing a range of textures, patterns, and graphic overlays, including year-stamped typography in vibrant colours. The transparent design allows for clear visibility of the internal contents, making these units suitable for feature displays. The geometry is clean and linear, emphasising the contrast between the rigid metal framing and the lightweight, translucent acrylic housing. Each column maintains a consistent profile while offering distinct visual variations.

The download is a 10.1 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 7 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, these columns are best utilised as individual components or nested groups, allowing for easy placement within exhibition or retail layouts. Users can manipulate the internal textures or adjust the opacity of the acrylic materials within the material editor to suit specific lighting conditions. Given their geometric simplicity, they can be scaled or arrayed to create rhythmic sequences along walls or within open-plan gallery spaces. Ensure the components are positioned on a flat surface to maintain realistic grounding in the scene.
