About this asset

This contemporary double door set in SketchUp features a sage green aluminium frame and expansive glazing for modern facades. This assembly comprises a symmetrical double door unit flanked by two fixed glass side panels, all contained within a slim-profile aluminium frame finished in a muted sage green tone. The central doors are equipped with horizontal lever handles positioned at a standard height. The glazing is clear and neutral, providing a clean, minimalist aesthetic suitable for contemporary architectural applications. The framing system shows precise mitred joints at the corners, indicating a high-quality extruded profile construction. Overall, the proportions are balanced, designed to serve as a primary entrance or a large-scale patio access point in residential builds.

The download is a 236 KB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

To integrate this component into a SketchUp model, simply import the file and use the move tool to snap the frame to your wall opening. The object is structured as a group or component, allowing for easy scaling to fit specific masonry dimensions. Ensure your model is set to the correct units before insertion to maintain proper clearance. You can easily adjust the materials by editing the group and applying your preferred glass or metal textures if the default finishes require modification.

Ideal for residential and light commercial projects, this double door unit fits perfectly into modern living room extensions, garden-facing elevations, or contemporary office lobbies. Architects and designers often use such assets for early-stage conceptual massing or detailed architectural renders where clean, functional glazing is required. It pairs well with minimalist interiors and neutral exterior palettes.
