About this asset

This contemporary concrete spiral staircase SketchUp model features an integrated sculptural form with soft tread lighting. This sculptural spiral staircase is defined by its monolithic concrete construction, presenting a seamless, curved profile that serves as the central focal point of the interior. The design features a continuous sweeping balustrade that guides the eye upward toward an integrated circular ceiling void. Each tread is subtly illuminated, providing both safety and a soft, ambient glow that highlights the textured grey concrete finish. The stair geometry is fluid, balancing structural mass with a minimalist aesthetic, making it suitable for high-end residential or luxury hospitality lobby applications where clean lines and architectural drama are required.

The download is a 57.8 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Users can easily adjust the placement within a floor plan by snapping the base to the ground level and aligning the upper landing with the ceiling opening. Because the model is provided as a complete assembly, it is ideal for quickly establishing a primary circulation feature before refining materials or adding custom lighting components to the existing tread-light placeholders within the native rendering suite.

This staircase is designed for open-plan living areas, luxury residential projects, and boutique hotel lobbies where a statement piece is needed. It pairs effectively with large-format floor tiles and minimalist interior palettes. Architects and interior designers often use this as a central feature in double-height spaces or mezzanine configurations. When searching for this asset, professionals typically look for terms like sculptural stair, feature staircase, spiral concrete stair, or contemporary interior circulation to find high-quality architectural elements for their conceptual or technical visualisations.
