About this asset

This contemporary room partition for SketchUp features a sleek gold metal frame and translucent blue glass arched panels. This decorative partition consists of three vertical arched panels framed in a slender gold-finished metal. Each panel contains a deep blue glass infill, creating a semi-transparent screen effect. The design is supported by a vertical post at one end, which serves as an anchor for the hinged or fixed assembly. The proportions are elegant and slender, suitable for defining spaces without blocking light. The aesthetic leans towards a modern, refined look, making it a versatile element for interiors requiring a touch of luxury and architectural definition in open-plan settings.

The download is a 461 KB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this model is best utilised as a component. Users can easily scale the vertical elements to suit specific ceiling heights or adjust the rotation of the individual panels if the geometry is grouped by segment. The gold and blue materials are applied as standard textures, allowing for quick adjustments to reflectivity or transparency settings within your preferred render engine. Ensure the object is placed on a dedicated layer to manage visibility during complex interior modelling tasks.

Ideal for high-end residential living areas, boutique hotel lobbies, or modern office reception spaces, this partition functions as a sophisticated room divider. It works well to separate dining areas from living rooms or to create private zones within open-plan commercial layouts. Professionals looking for a stylish way to introduce gold accents and colour into a space will find this asset useful for visualising luxury interior concepts. It pairs effectively with contemporary furniture, velvet upholstery, and minimalist lighting schemes in refined interior design projects.
