Contemporary Curved Marble Staircase with Burgundy Metal Railing

This contemporary curved staircase is a SketchUp model featuring integrated tread lighting and a bold burgundy metal railing. Defined by its elegant sweeping curve, this staircase features white marble treads with integrated under-tread lighting, creating a floating aesthetic. The structure is anchored by a deep burgundy metal handrail that follows the graceful arc of the ascent. The surrounding environment includes vertical wall panelling and a dark stone-tiled floor, framing the staircase as a central architectural feature. Its proportions are generous, suitable for high-end residential or boutique hospitality lobbies. The design balances the organic curve of the steps with the sharp, linear rhythm of the adjacent wall cladding and minimalist decor elements.

The download is a 34.3 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this model is structured as a single component or group, allowing for easy integration into larger interior scenes. Users should place the stair at the origin point or align it to the floor level of their model. Given the complexity of the curved geometry, it is recommended to keep the staircase on a dedicated layer to manage viewport performance. Materials are applied as standard textures, which can be easily replaced or adjusted in the native material editor for custom finishes.

This staircase model is ideal for high-end residential projects, hotel lobbies, or luxury showroom interiors where a grand circulation element is required. It pairs effectively with minimalist wall treatments, stone flooring, and ambient lighting schemes. Professionals looking for a sophisticated, sculptural transition between floors will find this asset useful for both schematic design and final presentation renders. Search for this element when developing concepts for grand entrance halls, atrium spaces, or split-level luxury living areas in contemporary architectural proposals.
