Fix common issues: login, emails, caching, claims, and uploads.

Troubleshooting

I can’t log in / I’m stuck in a redirect loop

  • Try logging in directly: /login
  • If you were sent to login from another page, complete login and return to the original route.

I didn’t receive a verification email

  • Check spam/promotions.
  • Make sure you’re using the same email you signed up with.
  • If you’re claiming a company, verify you’re using an email that matches the company domain when required.

My edits don’t show up on the public page

  • Refresh the page after saving (some pages are cached for performance).
  • If you changed a lot, give it a moment and refresh again.

I can’t claim a company page

  • Make sure you’re signed in.
  • Use the claim route: /c/[type]/[slug]/claim
  • If you arrived from an email link, confirm the token is present.

Uploads fail (images, logos, covers)

  • Try smaller files (compressed JPG/PNG).
  • Try a different network (some corporate networks block uploads).
