Troubleshooting
Fix common issues: login, emails, caching, claims, and uploads.
I can’t log in / I’m stuck in a redirect loop
- Try logging in directly:
/login - If you were sent to login from another page, complete login and return to the original route.
I didn’t receive a verification email
- Check spam/promotions.
- Make sure you’re using the same email you signed up with.
- If you’re claiming a company, verify you’re using an email that matches the company domain when required.
My edits don’t show up on the public page
- Refresh the page after saving (some pages are cached for performance).
- If you changed a lot, give it a moment and refresh again.
I can’t claim a company page
- Make sure you’re signed in.
- Use the claim route:
/c/[type]/[slug]/claim - If you arrived from an email link, confirm the token is present.
Uploads fail (images, logos, covers)
- Try smaller files (compressed JPG/PNG).
- Try a different network (some corporate networks block uploads).
