How Archade Works

It’s simple: You create a Profile, add your Projects, connect the people and companies involved, and keep it active with updates.

Your First 30 Minutes

1. Create Your Account

• Sign up here to get started.
• Already have an account? Log in.

2. Complete Onboarding

Follow the onboarding steps to set up your basic preferences.

3. Build Your Profile

Go to your Profile Dashboard and add:

• Headline: What you do and who you do it for.
• Location: Your city and country.
• Skills: The software and disciplines you specialize in.
• Experience & Education: Your professional history.

4. Add at Least 2 Projects

Projects are the most important part of your profile. Add a project here.

For a strong project page, aim for:

• 6–12 high-quality images.
• A clear description (3–6 sentences).
• Location and completion year.
• Credits: Tag the team members and companies involved.

Why 2 projects? A single project is a start, but two projects establish a pattern and give visitors a better understanding of your capabilities.

For Company Administrators

Create Your Company Page

• Create a Company to represent your firm or studio.

Add Team & Offices

• Manage Company: Go to Company Settings.
• Offices: Add your headquarters and other locations.
• Members: Invite your team so they can be tagged in projects and verified.

For Brands (Manufacturers)

• Build your Catalog: Upload your products.
• Link to Projects: Tag your products in real projects to demonstrate proven usage.

The "Complete" Profile

A truly powerful profile goes beyond the basics. To maximize your visibility:

• Verify Credits: Ensure you are tagged correctly on projects.
• Link Everything: Connect your profile to the companies you work with and the tools you use.
• Stay Active: Post updates to keep your network engaged.
