Manage your subscription plans, payment methods, and invoices on Archade.

Subscription Tiers

Archade offers different tiers for Professionals and Companies to unlock advanced features and higher usage limits.

Professional Plans

• Free: The foundation for your professional record. Includes unlimited project hosting and community access.
• Pro ($5/mo): Enhanced tools for power users. Includes a custom subdomain (e.g., you.archade.app), marketplace selling, and advanced analytics.

Company Plans

• Company Free: Basic presence for small teams. Includes team management for up to 5 members and limited job postings.
• Unlimited ($49/mo): Full scale for growing firms. Includes unlimited job postings, unlimited team members, verified badge, and API access.

Managing Your Subscription

Upgrading Your Plan

1. Navigate to the Pricing Page.
2. Select the plan that best fits your needs.
3. Complete the checkout process via our secure payment partner, Dodo Payments.

Cancellation

You can cancel your paid subscription at any time:

1. Go to your Billing Settings.
2. Click Cancel at period end.
3. Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

Resuming Auto-Renew

If you have cancelled your subscription but it hasn't ended yet, you can resume it:

1. Go to your Billing Settings.
2. Click Resume subscription.

Payment Methods

You can manage your payment methods through the secure Dodo Payments customer portal:

1. Go to your Billing Settings.
2. Click Manage payment method.
3. You will be redirected to the secure portal to update your card details.

Invoices & Receipts

All your past payments are listed in the Invoices section of your Billing Settings. You can view and download PDF receipts for each transaction.

Usage Limits

Certain features have limits based on your subscription tier. You can track your current usage in your dashboard.
