ARCHADE METHODOLOGY
How Credentials Are Evaluated
Every Archade credential is computed from verifiable data. No opinions. No popularity contests. This page explains exactly how each credential is evaluated, what data sources are used, and how renewal works.
58 credentials across 7 entity types.
Design Principles
- Binary.Credentials are not rankings. You meet the threshold — granted. You don't — not granted.
- Time-windowed.Most credentials use 12–36 month rolling windows. Careers are dynamic.
- Quality-weighted.Reviews need "helpful" marks. Contributions need verification. Spam doesn't count.
- Renewable.Credentials expire and auto-renew if criteria are still met. No permanent trophies.
- Transparent. This page is the methodology. No black boxes.
- Procurement-safe.Every credential title is appropriate in a tender response or specification document.
What We Explicitly Don't Track
The following signals are used for internal analytics and feed algorithms only. They are never surfaced as credentials:
Three Classes of Signals
Class A: Verified Credentials
Computed from structural data in the platform. Cannot be gamed. Evaluated automatically from project records, verified contributions, and market data.
Class B: Recognition Signals
Curated by the Archade editorial team. Scarce by design. Editorially controlled — cannot be earned through volume or activity.
Class C: Trust Marks
Binary identity, payment, and subscription verification. Think of these like Stripe/AWS verification seals — you either pass verification or you don't.

If a credential no longer meets criteria, it quietly expires. No shame. No notification. The record is kept for history (e.g., "Held 2024–2026"), but the credential disappears from the public profile.
