About this asset

This collection of twelve decorative cement tile textures for 3ds Max features varied geometric and floral patterns in monochrome. This set comprises twelve distinct square tile designs, each rendered as a seamless texture. The patterns range from bold, high-contrast black and white geometric motifs—including circular and quatrefoil shapes—to more intricate, traditional floral and lattice compositions in muted brown, cream, and sage tones. The visual quality conveys a matte, slightly textured surface typical of encaustic or cement-based tiles. These designs are presented as a comprehensive library, allowing for diverse applications in flooring or wall cladding where a repetitive, artisanal aesthetic is desired for interior spaces.

The download is a 26.9 MB compressed archive with the textures and a ready-made 3ds Max (.max) material library, so the maps arrive already assigned to materials you can drag onto your own geometry.

Professionals can integrate these textures into 3ds Max by mapping them onto plane geometry or using them within a multi-sub-object material to define floor or wall finishes. Because these are seamless, they are ideal for large-scale surface tiling without visible seams. Adjust the tiling parameters in the material editor to control the scale of the patterns relative to the floor or wall area, and apply a subtle bump map to enhance the tactile quality of the cement surface.

These tiles are suitable for residential kitchens, bathrooms, and entryways, as well as hospitality environments like boutique hotel lobbies or cafe floors. They provide a versatile way to introduce pattern and character into minimalist or contemporary interiors. Designers often specify these for feature walls or backsplashes, pairing them with neutral cabinetry or solid-surface countertops. Search for these as patterned encaustic tiles, decorative cement flooring, or geometric tile wall textures when visualising high-traffic areas that require both durability and a strong visual statement.
