About this asset

A 2K high-dynamic-range environment map capturing a clear midday sky over a park landscape, ideal for natural scene lighting. This HDRI environment map provides a high-resolution, 360-degree panoramic capture of a tranquil park setting during a clear, sunny day. The scene features a combination of open grassy fields, dense tree lines, and a calm water body, creating a balanced and natural lighting environment. The capture includes a high sun position with soft, natural shadows and realistic highlights. The provided image includes reference spheres in chrome, matte white, and blue, which allow for accurate testing of reflections, diffuse light, and specular highlights within any 3D rendering engine or scene environment.

The download is a 9.2 MB compressed archive containing a 2K equirectangular high-dynamic-range environment map, ready to load as dome or world lighting in Blender, 3ds Max, SketchUp renderers, Unreal Engine and D5.

To integrate this environment map, load the file into the primary world or environment slot of your rendering software. Adjust the rotation to align the sun position with your scene's primary light source for consistent shadows. The high-dynamic-range data ensures that the intensity levels provide realistic illumination without additional manual light sources. Scaling is generally unnecessary as the map is spherical, but exposure settings should be tuned to match the desired brightness of your specific architectural or landscape visualization project.

This environment map is suited for exterior architectural visualizations, landscape design projects, and outdoor product renders. It integrates well into residential or public park scenes where natural, bright sunlight is required. Professionals often use this asset to provide realistic background reflections on glass or metallic surfaces in exterior views. It pairs effectively with grass, water, and foliage assets, providing a cohesive look for daytime scenes. Use it when you need a bright, clear, and neutral outdoor lighting setup for architectural presentations.
