About this asset

This modern fixed window Revit family features a dual-glazed pane layout with equal proportions and a crisp white rectangular exterior frame. The assembly presents a two-lite fenestration configuration divided equally by a slender central mullion. Built with a continuous outer perimeter frame and integrated reveal returns, each fixed glazing panel sits flush against minimal stops to maximise daylight penetration. Clean mitred corners articulate the outer casing, finished in uniform white alongside transparent double glazing. The symmetric layout establishes an unadorned contemporary profile, suitable for architectural schemes prioritising clean geometries, regular facade fenestration modules, and minimal sightlines across building elevations.

The download is a 737 KB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

Designed for standard wall-hosted insertion in Revit, this RFA component automatically cuts through composite host walls upon placement. Architects can modify instances across floor plans or exterior elevations, adjusting height and sill elevations directly via project parameters. Built-in material subcategories allow quick overrides for glass transparency and frame coatings in native renderers or external visualisation engines.

Well suited for multi-unit residential facades, commercial office buildings, and modern suburban villas, this dual fixed lite integrates smoothly into both internal glazed partitions and perimeter envelope assemblies. It frequently pairs with horizontal louvres, metal facade panels, or rendered brickwork. Professionals commonly specify this arrangement when seeking twin picture windows, non-operable ribbon glazing, or modular facade openings.
