About this asset

Configured as a continuous horizontal ribbon, this modern grey four-panel awning window Revit family delivers clean glazing geometry for exterior walls. Constructed with a continuous outer assembly, the unit features four adjacent rectangular sashes grouped in a streamlined linear configuration. Each frame module exhibits crisp perimeter profiles with recessed sash detailing, housing large individual vision glass panes. The slim grey framing maintains narrow intermediate mullions to maximise daylight admission while establishing a disciplined rhythm along the building skin. Clean orthogonal lines and understated hardware integration create a flush architectural appearance, making it suitable for both punched opening installations and integrated storefront bands across contemporary exterior envelopes.

The download is a 174 KB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

Load this native family into project templates to insert directly into host wall assemblies. The geometry cuts openings cleanly in architectural elevations and floor plans, providing legible 2D cut graphics and realistic 3D volume. Assign project-specific aluminium finishes and high-performance double glazing via material parameters to ensure consistency across elevations, render views, and architectural window schedules.

Suitable for modern residential facades, boutique office buildings, educational facilities, and hospitality developments, this four-lite assembly functions effectively as clerestory glazing, ribbon window installations, or low-sill bedroom ventilation units. It pairs naturally with rainscreen cladding, smooth stucco, off-shutter concrete, and composite panels. Architects and specifiers frequently search for multi-lite awning units, horizontal ribbon windows, operable casement bands, and modular glazing systems when detailing envelope fenestration.
