About this asset

This four-lite fixed window Revit family features a stacked two-over-two aluminium frame configuration with clean contemporary profiles. The unit comprises four rectangular glazed lites arranged in a two-wide, two-high matrix. Two tall upper vision panes sit directly above two compact horizontal lower panels, divided by an integral mullion and transom structure. Constructed with slim grey-toned metal or aluminium framing profiles, each pane is framed with crisp inner beading. The balanced vertical proportion emphasises verticality while allowing ample daylight transmission through clear structural glazing. Clean right-angle corners and minimal frame reveals provide an uncluttered aesthetic suitable for modern facade fenestration, storefront systems, or floor-to-ceiling perimeter wall openings.

The download is a 369 KB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

Delivered as an RFA component, the family loads directly into standard wall assemblies across Revit project environments. Modelled cleanly with low polycount, it integrates smoothly into facade schedules, architectural elevations, and quantity takeoffs. Users can quickly align the assembly to rough openings, modify material definitions across frame and glass subcategories, and establish uniform sill heights across multiple building levels.

Ideal for multi-family residential towers, commercial offices, institutional buildings, and modern villa projects, this glazing assembly suits exterior envelope elevations as well as interior glazed corridor partitions. The unit coordinates naturally with modular curtain wall segments, composite metal panels, or rendered masonry cavity walls. Design teams searching for multi-pane fixed glazing, modern transom windows, four-panel fenestration, or contemporary aluminium picture windows will find it a dependable addition to building documentation.
