About this asset

Designed for exterior envelopes, this modern fixed window Revit family features an asymmetrical four-pane division with slim metallic framing. This window family presents a clean rectangular opening inset with a perimeter frame and crossing interior mullions that subdivide the glazing into four unequal sections. The horizontal transom and offset vertical mullion create a dynamic, modernist division, accentuating contemporary facade rhythms. Finished in a subtle dark bronze tone, the framing profiles maintain crisp edge definitions against the wall opening. Clear flat glazing panels fill each quadrant, reflecting light consistently across the individual panes. The geometry focuses on utilitarian clarity, providing architects with a clean structural profile suitable for standard exterior wall assemblies.

The download is a 113 KB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

As a wall-hosted Revit family, the window inserts directly into compatible vertical host walls, automatically generating opening cutouts. Architects can adjust sill height and instance parameters within elevation or plan views to coordinate fenestration layouts across facade grids. Material definitions for the frame and glass can be customized in the type properties to align with project rendering standards and schedule requirements.

Well suited for multi-unit residential developments, modern suburban houses, and commercial office projects, this fixed glazing unit excels in stairwells, corridors, and exterior living spaces where daylighting takes precedence over natural ventilation. It coordinates cleanly alongside fixed curtain wall systems, entry portals, and architectural cladding. Professionals searching for asymmetrical fixed windows, modern fenestration families, or multi-pane wall-hosted glazing will find this model immediately applicable across conceptual design and technical documentation phases.
