Designed for shared recreational layouts, this multisport goal Revit family integrates a soccer cage with an overhead basketball backboard. The assembly combines a lower ground-level soccer or futsal goal with an elevated basketball backboard mounted on a central curved mast. Tubular white metal framing bounds the rectangular opening, reinforced by angled rear bracing and enclosed with diamond wire netting. Emerging directly behind the top crossbar, an offset upright extension supports an all-weather rectangular backboard complete with black perimeter lining, a target inner red square, an orange hoop ring, and an open chain net. High-contrast red protective padding covers the central lower post section.
The download is a 481 KB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.
Engineered as an RFA component for Autodesk Revit, the element loads directly into site plans, landscape layouts, and architectural models. Placed at finished floor or ground level, it coordinates cleanly within exterior floor plans and elevations. Material and dimension parameters can be adjusted via family properties to align with specific manufacturer clearances, sub-base connections, or court boundary setbacks.
This dual-purpose unit is suited for school playgrounds, municipal sports parks, community centres, youth clubs, and residential multi-use games areas (MUGA). It serves landscape architects, urban designers, and specifiers drafting sports courts, ball game enclosures, and outdoor fitness amenities during schematic design through construction documentation. The compact footprint coordinates smoothly alongside synthetic turf, asphalt surfacing, rebound fencing, and court marking details.
