Designed for research facilities, this white and green laboratory water purification system is a Revit family complete with an articulated dispenser arm. The model depicts a compact benchtop water purification unit housed in a curved, moulded white and grey casing with an ergonomic bright green front accent panel. A square digital control display is integrated into the angled front fascia above a recessed access recess. Along the upper surface, a circular recessed port provides top access. Mounted to the rear left corner is a dedicated dispensing wand assembly, supported by a curved arm with flexible tubing, terminating in a vertical handheld delivery nozzle accented in blue and grey.
The download is a 809 KB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.
Supplied as a native Revit specialty equipment family (.rfa), the component places directly onto laboratory workbenches, casework, or utility countertops. Designers can adjust visibility parameters across coarse, medium, and fine detail levels to maintain model responsiveness during documentation. Clean geometry facilitates spatial coordination and clash detection alongside MEP wet services and casework service chases without inflating project file sizes.
This asset suits clinical laboratories, pharmaceutical research facilities, biotechnology workspaces, and university science buildings. It coordinates naturally alongside chemical-resistant epoxy resin countertops, utility raceways, fume hoods, and under-counter casework. Architects, laboratory planners, and BIM coordinators can incorporate it during schematic equipment layout and design development phases when specifying pure water dispensing points or detailing scientific research suites.
