Vintage Beige Plastic Desk Telephone with Answering Machine

Vintage beige plastic desk telephone Revit family features an angled desktop casing, integrated answering machine pad, and a coiled handset cord. The unit features a low-profile wedge casing typical of late twentieth-century telecommunications equipment. To the left, a moulded handset rests in an angled cradle connected by a stylised looped handset cord. The right-hand console incorporates a grid keypad alongside secondary function keys and a speaker grille representing an answering machine base. Rendered in classic office beige with contrasting dark charcoal buttons, the model captures the functional geometry of analogue office hardware with clean chamfered edges and clear volumetric division between the control surface and receiver.

The download is a 61 KB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

Load this RFA component directly into Autodesk Revit project environments and position it upon desks, reception counters, or credenzas. As specialty equipment, the family hosts to horizontal reference planes or furniture surfaces, allowing rapid alignment with office systems. The lightweight geometry ensures minimal overhead in complex multi-station floor plates, while standard coarse, medium, and fine detail displays support both clean construction documentation views and shaded internal 3D presentations.

Suited for workplace interiors, period office refurbishments, municipal facilities, and vintage commercial fitouts, this landline phone asset brings authentic prop detail to open-plan desking layouts. It pairs seamlessly with mid-century workstations, laminate executive desks, and filing cabinets across retro administrative schemes or heritage institutional projects. Visualisers and architectural technicians commonly search for vintage office phone, retro landline telephone, desk communication equipment, and specialty equipment families when dressing corporate sets for realistic fitout walkthroughs.
