About this asset

A classic beige plastic desk telephone with integrated answering machine, delivered as a lightweight Revit family for office space planning. The unit features a low-profile wedge-shaped console rendered in dual-tone beige and darker contrasting housing. A corded handset rests in an integrated cradle along the left flank, linked to the main body by a coiled receiver lead. The right-hand face presents an inclined control interface comprising a standard numerical keypad matrix alongside an answering machine display window and dedicated functional buttons. Clean perimeter bevels and distinct seam divisions articulate the plastic moulding, providing clean plan outlines and standard elevation silhouettes typical of late-twentieth-century workplace communications equipment.

The download is a 61 KB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

Load this compact component directly into your Revit project or template library to populate workstations and customer service desks. At under one hundred kilobytes, the family maintains minimal model overhead across multi-floor commercial fit-outs. Place the unit hosted or unhosted upon desktop joinery, adjust orientation using standard rotation tools, and assign custom project parameters or material overrides to match internal FF&E specifications.

Suited for corporate offices, call centres, bank branches, hotel reception desks, administrative facilities, and residential studies, this telephone asset provides essential desktop realism. It pairs naturally with modular workstations, task seating, desktop monitors, and wire management trays during concept design through interior design documentation. Specifiers and space planners frequently seek landline telephone models, telecom desk accessories, and office equipment families when compiling comprehensive workstation equipment schedules.
