Industrial stainless steel conical fermentation tank modelled as a native Revit family featuring exterior process piping and structural support legs. Constructed as a large-capacity cylindrical vessel, this 100-barrel fermenter features a domed top head and a steep conical bottom section tailored for yeast settling. The tank is elevated on four heavy-duty tubular legs reinforced by horizontal perimeter tie bracing, terminating in circular base plates. Attached exterior mechanical components include a top-entry spray and vent pipe running down the vessel shell, sample valves, and a lower side-shell manway hatch for vessel inspection. Clean piping runs terminate at an accessible bottom drain port beneath the cone for discharge operations.
The download is a 870 KB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.
Designed for seamless integration into production layouts, this specialty equipment family loads directly into Revit projects. Users can position it accurately on plant slabs, align it within brewing cellar rows, and coordinate vertical clearances against overhead MEP services. System designers can route process piping, CIP supply lines, and glycol chill loops directly to the represented connection points and nozzles for detailed coordination models.
Engineered for industrial beverage facilities, microbreweries, commercial cideries, and taproom fit-outs, this tank asset supports schematic spatial planning through to detailed design documentation. The model pairs effectively with brewhouses, bright beer tanks, pump skids, and stainless floor trench drains. It provides architects and MEP consultants with reliable dimensional clearances for brewery design, mechanical cellar coordination, and realistic interior visualizations in hospitality and production projects.
