About this asset

This contemporary above-ground swimming pool Revit family features an exterior steel support frame with a blue tiled mosaic liner. The model represents an elongated rectangular above-ground pool with faceted corner transitions. It consists of an exterior flexible basin liner in neutral grey supported by an external tubular steel frame structure. Slanted U-shaped support legs line the perimeter to ensure lateral stability, while horizontal top rails anchor the basin rim. Internally, the pool liner showcases a light blue and white checked mosaic tile graphic pattern, replicating classic pool vinyl surfaces. Integrated valve connection points and lower drainage outlet fittings are modeled along the exterior walls.

The download is a 1.2 MB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

As a native Revit family, this component can be loaded directly into architectural project templates and placed onto exterior topography, concrete pads, or backyard decking. Model categories enable clear visibility overrides across plans, sections, and 3D perspectives. Users can assign custom project parameters or modify native material assets to coordinate realistic water textures and frame finishes in internal rendering engines or external visualisation software.

Designed for private residential gardens, suburban backyards, modular holiday homes, and budget-conscious exterior leisure spaces, this freestanding basin provides instant scale for landscape site plans. It coordinates seamlessly with outdoor patio furniture, timber decking, sun loungers, and perimeter fencing during concept and presentation stages. Architectural designers frequently specify these models when searching for portable swimming pool Revit families, seasonal outdoor amenities, or demountable residential pool solutions without requiring complex in-ground excavation modeling.
