About this asset

This Revit family provides a standard tennis court layout for site planning, featuring a grass-surfaced court and a central net. Designed for site development and master planning, this Revit component represents a standard tennis court configuration. The model includes the full court boundary markings and a central net assembly, presented on a green-surfaced base. It is a simplified representation suitable for massing studies and early-stage landscape design, focusing on site footprint and spatial requirements rather than high-detail manufacturing specifications. The geometry is clean and lightweight, ensuring minimal impact on project file size while clearly communicating the intended use of the outdoor space within a broader site plan or residential master plan.

The download is a 317 KB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

This Revit family is intended for placement within a site plan or landscape model. Users should load the RFA file directly into their project environment and place it on the site topography or a flat floor element. It is recommended to use the alignment and rotate tools to position the court accurately according to site orientation. The component can be managed using standard visibility settings to toggle the court graphics on or off in specific views as required by the documentation phase.

This asset is primarily used in residential, educational, or recreational facility projects during the early design and site planning stages. It is ideal for visualising outdoor amenities in master plans, villa gardens, or school sports grounds. Professionals searching for site sports planning tools or landscape recreation elements will find this component useful for defining spatial zones. It pairs effectively with other site-based landscape elements like fencing, seating, or surrounding vegetation to create a complete and cohesive outdoor project presentation.
