The download is a 389 KB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

As a native Revit family, this component is designed for straightforward placement within site plans or landscape models. Users can load the RFA file directly into the project environment and snap it to ground planes or hardscape surfaces. The family includes standard visibility settings, allowing for efficient management of detail levels when switching between site layouts and detailed landscape views. Ensure the host plane is correctly identified to maintain proper elevation and consistent placement across varied topography or site grades.
