About this asset

Modelled for Revit, this white porcelain drop-in bathtub family replicates the Tea-for-Two K-852-HE with integrated dual-end sloped backrests. Defined by a clean rectangular outline, this built-in bath features a wide perimeter deck suited for drop-in or undermount deck installations. The interior basin offers symmetrical proportions with contoured lumbar supports at opposing ends, accommodating comfortable dual bathing. A subtly textured slip-resistant floor grid lines the base above the offset round drain aperture. Clean white porcelain enamel surfaces wrap the interior walls, punctured by modelled side fittings and an upper overflow trim plate finished in polished chrome. The crisp exterior lip ensures a flush, watertight transition against surrounding tiled podiums.

The download is a 143 KB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

Load this RFA family directly into Revit project templates within the plumbing fixture category. Place it hosted into bathroom slabs or custom tile encasements, aligning the rim geometry with finished architectural surfaces. In MEP models, connect domestic hot and cold water supplies along with standard sanitary drainage pipework using the integrated connector points to generate coordinated riser diagrams and schedules.

Designed for master bathrooms, en-suite layouts, boutique hotels, and luxury wellness suites, this soaking tub integrates seamlessly into both contemporary and transitional interior schemes. Architects and interior designers frequently specify drop-in baths of this profile for podium-mounted alcoves, five-fixture master suites, and hospitality guest rooms. It coordinates effortlessly with wall-mounted thermostatic mixers, freestanding filler spouts, natural stone deck surrounds, and floor-to-ceiling porcelain tiles during schematic space planning and detailed construction documentation.
