About this asset

This traditional Royal Semaforo Big street light Revit family features an ornamental black iron pole with gold detailing and a curved arm. The Royal Semaforo Big is a classic outdoor lighting pole, defined by its ornate, multi-tiered cast base and slender vertical shaft. The design incorporates elegant gold-toned accents at the base and the junction where the long, sweeping curved arm attaches to the main column. A decorative finial tops the vertical structure, enhancing its traditional aesthetic. The entire assembly is anchored to a square concrete-style plinth, providing a stable foundation for the fixture. Its silhouette is reminiscent of historic urban lighting, making it suitable for projects requiring a sense of heritage and timeless character.

In Revit, this family is typically placed on a site plan or exterior floor level. Users should ensure the base is constrained to the top of the paving or ground surface. The family includes standard electrical connectors, allowing for integration into lighting plans and circuiting workflows. Visibility settings can be adjusted to manage the level of detail across different views, and the material parameters allow for customising the finish of the metal components to suit specific project render requirements.

This street light is intended for exterior urban design, historic district revitalisation, and traditional landscape architecture projects. It serves as an effective wayfinding element or path lighting solution in plazas, parks, and pedestrian walkways. Designers often pair this fixture with classic paving materials and period-appropriate site furniture.
