Minimalist White Glass Globe Pendant Light

This minimalist white glass globe pendant light is a Revit family featuring a simple spherical diffuser suspended by a slender cable. The luminaire consists of a smooth, opaque white glass spherical shade that provides diffused ambient lighting. It is attached to a thin, vertical suspension cable, resulting in a clean, uncluttered silhouette. The design is intentionally reduced to its most essential geometric form, making it a versatile choice for contemporary interiors. The proportions are balanced, with the sphere serving as the primary visual focus. This model is engineered for ceiling mounting and is suited for various drop heights, allowing for flexible integration into spaces with differing ceiling elevations or architectural requirements.

The download is a 287 KB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

In Revit, this light fixture family can be hosted to any ceiling plane or reference level. Users should manage the drop length through the family parameters to ensure correct vertical placement. The light source is pre-configured for standard illumination, though users may need to adjust the photometric settings or IES profiles to achieve specific lighting calculations. Ensure the fixture is assigned to the appropriate electrical circuit and lighting group within the project browser for accurate scheduling and documentation of lighting loads.
