About this asset

A contemporary white asymmetrical open bookshelf Revit family featuring inclined uprights and angled display shelving for zoning interior spaces. Defined by its playful architectural geometry, this open shelving unit features three bays separated by subtly angled vertical dividers. The horizontal shelves incorporate dynamic sloping profiles across five tiers, creating varied compartment heights for books and accessories. Finished in clean matte white, the freestanding open-back structure allows sightlines and light to pass through while providing substantial display capacity. The plinth base grounds the unit, making it suitable both against perimeter walls and floating in the center of an open-plan room as a sculptural spatial partition.

The download is a 451 KB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

Load this native RFA component directly into your Revit project environment. Place the family on any floor finish or level datum as a freestanding casework element. Parameterize the object's materials via the type properties dialog to coordinate with custom joinery packages, or assign standard finishes to maintain consistent graphic overrides across schedules and presentation views.

Ideally suited for contemporary residential apartments, hotel suites, executive lounges, and creative office spaces, this open bookcase functions effectively as a decorative room divider. It pairs well with minimalist sofas, low coffee tables, and full-height glazing in open-concept living rooms. Searchers seeking modern open shelving, freestanding display bookcases, or architectural zone dividers will find this versatile BIM unit well-suited for interior space planning and client visualization.
