About this asset

Modern two-tier coffee table Revit family featuring an offset white tabletop structure resting on a low wood-grain open storage cubby. Defined by an asymmetrical split-level silhouette, the piece combines a clean white laminate upper desk structure with a contrasting wood-grain cubby base. The elevated horizontal surface provides a spacious tabletop with an integrated lower open shelf, while the adjacent nested box offers ground-level open storage. Clean orthogonal edges and flush panel joinery emphasize a crisp, geometric profile. Rendered here with decorative tabletop props and reading material, the design balances functional living room display with concealed and accessible compartmentalised storage in a muted two-tone finish.

The download is a 369 KB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

This furniture component loads directly into Revit projects for interior spatial planning and visual coordination. Place the family on level planes within living quarters, break rooms, or reception areas. Materials can be modified within family or type properties to match specific finishes in Enscape, V-Ray, or native Revit rendering pipelines, allowing flexible scheduling and clean floor plan representation.

Suited to contemporary residential apartments, show flats, boutique hotel suites, and executive office breakout areas, this coffee table anchors seating arrangements seamlessly. Designers typically position it alongside low-profile sectionals, modular sofas, and minimalist accent armchairs to establish balanced conversation areas. The unit also serves well in corporate lobbies and hospitality lounges requiring understated architectural furniture with integrated storage for print media and architectural accessories.
