About this asset

Designed for themed children spaces, this modern pink kids playhouse Revit family features a lower cabin, integrated side stairs, and an upper loft deck. The model presents a compact two-storey activity enclosure configured with a solid pink shell and contrasting light blue structural edging. A lower lounge or sleeping alcove opens broadly to the front, accented by an internal graphic decal and a circular porthole cut into the side elevation. Access to the open rooftop terrace is provided by an attached straight-flight stair finished in pastel blue with transparent acrylic or glass balustrades. Surrounding the upper loft platform, clear perimeter guard rails maintain safety while keeping sightlines open across modern play interiors.

The download is a 891 KB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

Delivered as an RFA component for Autodesk Revit, this freestanding unit loads directly into architectural models. Position it on level surfaces within floor plans or interior elevation sheets. Shading, material IDs, and surface mapping allow designers to fine-tune the vibrant surface colours or apply subtle wood textures to internal framing components before running project visualisations.

Well suited to residential kids bedrooms, nursery layouts, and dedicated playroom designs, this piece also supports daycare facilities and family-friendly hospitality suites. It integrates effectively alongside modular toy storage, soft activity mats, and low-height reading nooks. Architectural teams seeking themed children bunk solutions, custom loft joinery, or playful indoor activity centers can quickly incorporate the family during interior concept design and schematic spatial coordination.
