About this asset

Featuring an elongated four-seat profile with an integrated chaise, this modern sectional sofa is a Revit family designed for spacious living layouts. The model is configured as an asymmetrical L-shaped sectional featuring three standard seat modules aligned with an extended corner chaise lounge. Rectangular backrest cushions lean slightly against a continuous low-profile rear frame, paired with deep, thick seat cushions that maintain a tailored boxed perimeter. Squared block armrests enclose both open ends of the assembly to establish balanced, grounded proportions. Clean geometric contours and crisp seams define each upholstered section, rendering a contemporary silhouette suitable for minimalist or transitional interior schemes without extraneous decorative clutter.

The download is a 1.2 MB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

Architects and interior designers can load this component directly into a project environment to populate general arrangement plans, section cuts, and internal perspectives. Geometry displays clearly in shaded view modes or hidden line representations without generating excessive polygon overhead. Assigning project-specific upholstery shaders to the model parameters enables realistic texturing during visualization sweeps and rendering passes alongside adjacent FF&E elements.

Sized for broad living rooms, multi-family open-plan apartments, and executive corporate lounges, this deep modular seating arrangement accommodates multiple occupants comfortably. It anchors expansive conversation zones when combined with a low coffee table, woven area rug, and accent lighting. Visualisers and planners coordinating hospitality lobbies, executive suites, and residential living spaces will find this piece effective for spatial planning during concept design and detailed design documentation phases.
