About this asset

Modern grey fabric corner sectional sofa Revit family featuring an open chaise terminal, low block legs, and decorative scatter cushions. The sectional sofa is configured in an L-shape arrangement combining an open chaise terminal with a continuous cushioned bench, corner unit, and an extended two-seater module ending in a wide rectangular track arm. Upholstered in a neutral grey woven fabric with subtle melange texture, it features defined box cushions along the seat base and supportive angled back rests. Multiple accent pillows in matching grey and contrasting off-white tones lean against the back cushions. Low-profile square block legs raise the base, creating a subtle clearance beneath the upholstered frame.

The download is a 133 KB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

As a native Revit furniture component, this family can be loaded directly into architectural project files and placed on level work planes. Users can assign custom material assets to the upholstery and leg subcategories within the type or instance parameters to coordinate finishes across client presentations. Its clean geometry facilitates clean hidden-line views in plan and interior elevation layouts.

Suited for residential living room layouts, apartment lounges, open-plan family areas, and hotel suite reception zones, this corner couch establishes generous seating without dominating visual sightlines. Designers can pair it with low rectangular coffee tables, textured area rugs, and floor reading lamps during concept and schematic interior development. The versatile contemporary profile integrates easily into specifications for modern housing developments and commercial hospitality break-out lounges.
