About this asset

This modern brown wood TV unit Revit family features a low-profile credenza layout with twin shaker doors flanking central media shelves. Built as a low-standing credenza, this storage console presents clean rectilinear geometry with traditional framing details. The casing rests on four square legs braced by low perimeter stretchers. Two side cupboards feature recessed shaker-style panel doors fitted with delicate hardware pulls, providing concealed storage for equipment and accessories. Centred between the compartments are two fixed shelves creating three open bays designed for media players, consoles, or decorative accessories. A subtly overhanging top plate provides a durable surface for television screens or table lamps, rendered in a consistent dark brown wood finish.

The download is a 236 KB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

Designed for fast documentation, this component loads directly into Revit floor plans as a freestanding furniture family. Place the unit along perimeter walls or partition screens in interior views. Material parameters allow quick reassignment of the casing finish or hardware tones to coordinate with project palettes, ensuring smooth alignment across presentation elevations, rendered perspectives, and millwork schedules.

Well-suited for residential living room layouts, apartment lounge spaces, master bedrooms, and hotel guest suites, this media console provides essential storage without dominating the room envelope. Architects and interior designers frequently specify this credenza style when detailing audiovisual zones, family lounges, or corporate executive suites alongside comfortable sofas, low coffee tables, and contemporary floor lamps.
